Whether you love poetry or prose, there’s great benefits to exploring both! We’ll try our hand at traditional and contemporary poetry techniques, experimenting with rhyme, rhythm, repetition, shape poetry, list poems, surrealist poetry, found poetry and more. Next, we’ll tackle a wide range of fiction and non-fiction prompts, meandering between genres and styles. You can expect to learn as much about yourself as you do your writing, in this wide-ranging and creative week.
Beginner and experienced writers are all welcome; write by hand or on a device, the choice is yours!
