Tips for Submitting your Art and Writing to Competitions and Awards:

  1. Make sure your writing and art submissions are the best it can be before you enter.
  2. Read the entry rules carefully to make sure you qualify.
  3. Be professional and business-like in your approach.
  4. There are only a limited number of exceptional competitions and awards for young writers and artists. Add the annual deadlines to your calendar, so you don’t miss them!
  5. Try not to get discouraged if you don’t win – just remember you stand no chance of seeing your work published unless you put yourself out there!
